DMCA Policy

At "Video Homemade Strawberry Banana Fruit," we are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and expect our users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to notify us of alleged infringement, as well as for users to submit counter-notifications if their material has been wrongly removed.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the "Video Homemade Strawberry Banana Fruit" website, please send a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) of the infringing video(s) or content).
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notice. Your Counter-Notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the specific URL(s)).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Video Homemade Strawberry Banana Fruit" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
